1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, phone, and workspace (tenant) subdomain when you sign up.
Business data you enter: products, warehouses, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers and accounting records. This lives in your own isolated tenant database and is never shared with other tenants.
Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status. Card and payment credentials are handled by our payment gateways directly — we do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: login sessions, IP address and device information, kept for security (see "Login Session Tracking" in your account settings).

2. How we use it

To operate your account and provide the service you signed up for.
To process payments and send billing-related notices (invoices, renewal reminders).
To secure your account (session tracking, suspicious-login alerts).
To respond to support requests.

3. Data isolation

Each tenant is provisioned its own database. Your business records are not stored in a shared table with other tenants' data, and no query can cross that boundary.

4. Third parties

We share data with payment gateways (to process the payment method you choose) and, if you enable it, with WooCommerce for product/order sync. We do not sell your data.

5. Data retention

We retain tenant data for as long as your workspace is active. On request, or after a defined period of account closure, tenant data can be exported and/or deleted — [FILL IN: your actual retention/deletion window].
