These terms govern your use of PicoStore, operated by [FILL IN: registered company name]. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

1. The service

PicoStore is a multi-tenant inventory, point-of-sale and accounting platform. Creating a workspace ("tenant") provisions you an isolated database and subdomain.

2. Accounts and plans

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
A subscription that lapses enters a grace period before access is suspended; billing details are in your account's Subscription settings.

3. Your data

You own the business data you enter into your tenant. We do not access it except to provide support you request or as required by law.

4. Acceptable use

No attempt to access another tenant's data or bypass tenant isolation.
No use of the service for unlawful purposes.
No attempt to disrupt the service (e.g. excessive automated load, security testing without authorization).

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your subscription settings. Refunds, if any, are handled per [FILL IN: your refund policy].

6. Liability
